HLCC Reciprocal Program

YOUR PASSPORT TO PARTNER CLUB BENEFITS

HLCC members now enjoy reciprocal privileges at distinguished private clubs around the Northwest.  This provides exclusive access to numerous amenities - club restaurants, bars & lounges, hotel suites, attendance at club events during your stay, use of facilities such as fitness & business centers, and, in many cases, the ability to host meetings or private events - all exceptional benefits when traveling throughout the region.

HOW IT WORKS

Prior to your visit to any of these clubs, a Letter of Introduction from HLCC is required to be sent on your behalf.  Please fill out the "Letter of Introduction Request Form for HLCC Members " below or call Nicole Keith at the Front Desk: telephone (208) 772-3211. Once the letter is received by the partner club, reciprocal privileges are extended - typically for a maximum two-week period per visit/stay.  Then, you can contact the club directly, and hotel, dining, and any other amenity reservations can be booked.

RECIPROCAL CLUB INFO

Details about our partner clubs are listed below, with links to individual websites.  Each is unique, with different amenities and historic characteristics.  Please familiarize yourself with individual clubs’ policies and dress codes.  Most clubs require a minimum business casual standard for men (collared shirts and pants) and the equivalent for ladies.  All charges incurred are paid via credit card during your visit. If you are a member of a partner club planning a visit to HLCC, please consult our Reciprocal Visitor Guide posted below.

Welcome to the Hayden Lake Country Club!

We look forward to welcoming you to our Club soon.  Below is information for Reciprocal Club visitors.

Privileges are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Club issuing guest cards. Privileges may be canceled without notice for failure to comply with established reciprocal agreement.
