Our Junior Golf Program, affectionately titled the “Mughunter’s,” began in the 1940s. The competition’s name is derived from its original trophy, a simple tin coffee mug. Your family will find the three-week junior golf extravaganza as a truly rewarding experience to be had by all. For more information on Mughunters, please click here.

Additionally, we are proud to offer the Golf Academy at Hayden Lake Country Club. For more information about this exceptional golf school, please click here

The Club offers a variety of ladies’ golf opportunities.

The 18-Hole Ladies meets regularly and conducts weekly competitions and fun tournaments throughout the year. The Hayden Niners aim to take away the uncertainty of many beginner golfers.

Once you are involved with a league, you will discover additional benefits including guest days and a wide variety of invitationals throughout the surrounding areas.
Gentlemen aren’t excused from all the fun. Weekly choose ups, Men’s Day, monthly Stag Events and team matches are offered throughout the year.

Additional opportunities include: The Inland Empire PGA weekly Pro-Ams where our golf staff takes members to compete at area golf courses. This is an excellent chance for all members to spend a leisurely round with the golf professionals and experience what the Inland Empire has to offer.
New in 2017, two state-of-the-art golf simulators allow members to keep their swings in tip top shape throughout the fall and winter.

Fall and winter indoor golf leagues (for men, women, couples and juniors) as well as weekly simulator tournaments and private lessons are offered by the Director of Golf and the Head Pro.

Tee Times may be made through the Fore Tees program.
The famous “Friday Night Fights” are a hit at HLCC. Members sign up with friends and compete in sixsomes.

The HLCC's executive chef prepares a wonderful themed dinner, which awaits you upon completion of your round. This festive weekly event has been written up in many major golf publications across the country and is fun you don't want to miss!

The Golf Course Master Plan Committee seeks to preserve and protect the legacy and character of the HLCC golf course.  With 100 years of heritage to guide us, we will work to provide excellence in golf for all HLCC Members and Guests.  We are committed to maintaining our course’s distinctive architectural characteristics and level of play for the enjoyment of present and future generations of Members.
Using the mission statement as our foundation, one of the first priorities for the Committee was to develop goals for the Golf Course Master Plan.  These objectives will serve as our guiding point throughout the master planning process.  Based on Member and Board feedback, the goals that we have highlighted as a priority are:
  1. Create consistency and continuity for the classic look, style, design and historical character of the Hayden Lake Country Club.
  2. Optimize the conditioning of the course.
  3. Make the course more interesting and enjoyable for players of all abilities.
  4. Increase the aesthetics and strategic design of the course.
  5. Minimize impact on the course from urban/vehicular growth and encroachment.
  6. Redesign the golf cart path program and placements.
  7. Development of a long term tree planting, pruning and removal program.
